The 3rd Annual Christmas Market will be held at Luverne High School in the MS/HS commons on Wednesday, December 17th, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The event is hosted by students in the HS Intro to Business class, who have been working on their markets for the past eight weeks. There are eight different markets created by the students, featuring items such as ornaments, tote bags, Santa’s stockings, Play-Doh kits, bracelets, keychains, cocoa bombs, sodas, and mini golf.
Prices range from $1.00 to $10.00, and all proceeds will benefit a school organization or charity. This event has been very successful in the past, and we greatly appreciate the continued support from the school and community. It’s been wonderful to see the impact of the students’ donations, and the experience has been a valuable learning opportunity. The students look forward to this project each year and are excited to host the market next week.
Paula Martinez, our Christmas Market Coordinator, shared the following:
“This year’s Luverne Business Class has been working hard to come up with fun, creative ideas for the Christmas Market. We are so excited to be able to do this, and we are looking forward to seeing everyone there!”
